[推薦]Android記帳軟體:OLAccount
OLAccount是作者自己在記帳的過程中,依照各方需求不斷強化記帳便利性與各項查詢與統計方式,並邀請極有天份的設計師(Hsiao Hui Chang Design Studio)進行整體版面的改造,希望帶給努力記帳的大家一個賞心悅目的介面,在此,誠心推薦給想記帳的你。
良好的記帳習慣是撙節開支的第一步,而記帳後去瞭解自己花錢的去向更是重要。
OLAccount就是一款非常著重記帳後瀏覽紀錄的Android帳本軟體,依據自己的使用習慣,可以從不同的方式來查詢記帳紀錄,共分成了五大項:
1. 歷史列表
進到選單的歷史資料,就可以看到今年的月列表(若是花費金額超過月警戒值就會出現警示圖示)。
點選列表上的月份(或是把下方的Tab切到月),即可進一步檢視日列表(同樣,超過日警示會有警示圖示),再點選就可以看到當天的詳細記帳內容。點擊記帳內容就可以進行修改,長按即可刪除。
若是想要快速查詢某天,或是查詢今年以外的資料,可以藉由右上角按鈕指定需要查詢的年月日。
2. 種類列表
不管是使用帳本內建的項目,或是用自己定義的項目記帳,都會列在首頁或是歷史紀錄的最上面,有時候我們會想知道這一個類別為什麼在這個月花這麼多?這時候點選該項目,就可以立刻看到這個項目的列表。
3. 日曆檢視
除了列表方式,我們在檢視一整個月花費時,直觀的會希望以月曆的方式來瀏覽;OLAccount會將每天的花費總計在日期下方,並且依照設定的警戒值改變顏色,讓我們很清楚的瞭解這個月的花費情況,發現某天花費過高,想看一下明細,可點選日期就會立即呈現當天的記帳明細。
4. 記帳搜尋(關鍵字與時間區間)
有時候我們會想知道某個特定時間區間的某項花費(比如說今年包了幾包紅包,兩三個月前買的保養品是多少錢),這時候就可以利用搜尋功能,依照自己的意思查詢。(記帳時簡單的備註有助於查詢功能的便利性[查詢將針對主項目、次項目與備註去搜尋])
5. 統計圖表
以圖的展現方式可以更直覺的告訴我們消費的訊息,OLAccount也提供了三種統計圖表展示,分別為:日長條圖、月長條圖與月圓餅圖,讓我們以統計圖的方式瞭解整體消費狀況。
若是想看該時間點的詳細明細,可點擊右上角的列表按鈕,畫面就會轉到詳細記帳資訊。
這樣完整的記帳結果呈現,讓記帳不只是流水帳,而可以提供自己更多消費上的提醒,也更容易掌握金錢的去向;如果你也覺得這樣的呈現方式很好,那你就不得不注意一下OLAccount方便的記帳方式:
記帳時可以記載六項內容,分別為類型、項目、付款方式、金額、日期與備註(記得嗎?備註可以幫助查詢功能更強大)。
為了增加記帳的方便性,選定好類型以後,項目可以利用快速搜尋功能將已經設定好的項目帶出來進行篩選(類型或是項目都可以自行新增與刪除),在輸入金額時也提供了計算機讓大家快速的計算(夜市大買特買或是一群人結帳算錢都好用)。
在系統設定功能上,OLAccount也提供了主項目、子項目、日警戒值、月警戒值與是否自動備份的設定,主項目與子項目設定將會影響到記帳的速度,符合自己的記帳項目,也可以讓整個帳目更為清楚。
日警戒與月警戒就影響層面很大了,設定完成後會在首頁、歷史紀錄、統計圖表與日曆檢視都做出相對應的反應。
首頁方面,若是當超過日警戒值,則在下方統計會出現一個小警示符號,點擊可以看到警戒值設定;若是超過月警戒值,則整個首頁會變色,提醒您已經超過月預算囉!
最後,OLAccount所使用的備份檔案格式是csv,可以直接利用EXCEL或是記事本開啟,若是已經有記帳在其他的軟體,也可以先輸入兩三筆記帳資料後匯出,依照格式整理成OLAccount的格式匯入,就可以立即使用強大的統計與查詢功能。
2012年8月13日補充-------------------------------------------------
經過1.1版一些小規模的功能精進:
1.1版
* 新功能-你現在可以在設定中調整主項目與子項目的順序了。
* 新功能-在匯出匯入中可對某時間範圍內的資料進行封存。
* 調整-我們將匯出、自動備份功能儲存位置由SD Card根目錄改為OLAccount資料夾。
* 調整-匯入資料時將自動略過重複資料。(你將不用害怕重新匯入相同的資料)
* 改進-即使已經記載大量資料,自動備份也不會再有延遲的感覺。
1.2版終於在8月13日催生出來,1.2版不僅是將多人使用上的小意見彙整,更大規模的增加了原本OLAccount缺乏的收入管理,且因應收入管理的增加也配套的增加帳本鎖的功能。
版本:1.2
*新功能-你現在可以在收入管理內記錄你的收入,並查看各時間的餘額。
*新功能-你可以在設定中開啟帳本鎖,保護珍貴的記帳資料。
*新功能-我們也增加了收入項目新增、刪除、排序等功能。
*新功能-你現在可以在匯入匯出功能中寄送備份檔到指定的Mail。
*改進-首頁及歷史資料的種類統計將會依照金額排序。
*修正-現在匯入Excel編修過之檔案,不會發生錯誤了。(但仍要注意檔案應為UTF-8編碼)
1.2版在設定中配合收入管理與帳本鎖增加了收入項目的增加、刪除與排序,帳本鎖的開啟與密碼變更。
開啟帳本鎖後,打開OLAccount將不會直接進到原本的首頁,取而代之的是簡潔的帳本鎖介面,為了避免帳本鎖扼殺了原本相當方便的記帳流程,帳本鎖首頁除了可以輸入密碼以進入首頁外,也提供了直接可以記帳的按鈕,並且簡單的提醒今天記帳的筆數。
帳本鎖的增加過程中,思考了很久密碼遺忘的解決方案,最後採用簡易的提示功能,點擊忘記按鈕OLAccount將會提醒密碼的前後,以幫助密碼的回憶。
接著就是本次改版的大重點,許多人提出的收入管理,收入這塊也思考了很多整合的方案,但考慮到有些人僅著重支出記載的部分,所以最後還是採用收入與支出瀏覽介面分離的方式,但還是在中間考慮了收入與支出交互查詢的部分,大家除了可以從收入列表看到收入,還同時可以注意支出與結餘的統計,並且利用旁邊的錢字按鈕快速切換到支出列表。
第三個重大變更是在匯入匯出方面,增加了email寄送的功能,更快速的將記帳紀錄備份至任何一個電子郵件中,並重新確認了經由EXCEL編修可能會產生的日期問題。但目前仍有一個尚存的問題是:經由excel修改後的備份檔案,其編碼格式會遭excel強制變更,必須利用記事本等文字編輯器將其另存回UTF-8編碼,才可確保不會有亂碼的產生。
最後一個是記帳便捷的提升,以往若要記載昨天或前幾天的花費,必須要到首頁點選記帳後調整日期才能存入,但在使用上往往是觀看歷史紀錄或日曆時發現有漏記,最後決定在歷史紀錄移到'日'時,右上角增加記帳按鈕,讓整個補記帳的流程更為順暢。
